Thanks for your input. You bring up a very good point about the spring perch location. Once I have my stock shocks off I'll measure. The thought crossed my mind about using just the lower portion of the Toytec kit. I've got both sets of springs just in case.
That's correct. Here's where I'm confused. If I add the Toytec Trd pro 2 lift to the 3x14 spring, will that cause a really stiff ride? Would it be better to use the smaller spring originally intended for the 4runner?

So I have the Bilstein ptr13-35140 kit and bought a Toytec TRD PRO 2 inch lift. I'm trying to decide whether or not to replace the springs from a 4runner. I'm really confused. Here are the two springs side by side.
I received my Bilsteins and am debating whether or not to swap the springs with 4Runner TRD PRO springs. I'm going to do the Toytec TRD PRO 2 inch lift and rear springs. I'd like to hear some feed back and other owners thoughts.
