The holes are laser cut and I machined a dimple die to dimple the holes. The most I've dimpled with it is 3/16, or 1/4 aluminum.

Sorry I can't make them to sell, I wish I could a lot of people like it. This is the bumper I made this year to match.

I put some new headlights on today also just to clean the front end up.

Thanks for the complements! I really enjoy building parts for my rig. Does anyone know if there is a mod I can do to make them full time even with headlights on? Sounds dumb but I really like the look when there on.

I just put a bumper that I made on and I put led lights in the bumper for the running lights and blinkers. I thought originally that they were illuminated at all times even when the headlights were on, is this true? This morning I noticed that when I turned my headlights on the running/blinkers...

Its finally finished! I am very happy with the way it turned out.

Ya I decided to make a new wiper washer bottle and relocate it.

So I made some progress this morning, it's been awhile since I've been able to work on it. Just a little bit of fab and welding left to do and then powder coat.

I love this forum!! Just saved my self over 100$ in labor to have my key and fob programmed. Love not giving the dealer my money.

How do the pumps mount, is it just hole with a grommet? Does anyone know the hole size? I guess if I drain the tank I could take it apart but since nothing is wrong with it I would rather not. Thanks for the input!!
