I tow a MasterCraft VRS 210 with my 2005 4Runner occasionally. It does squat some and I think suspension air bags would be a good addition. As stated, the boat trailer probably has surge brakes so that isn't an issue. Don't know about the WD hitch - mine is a stock hitch. My boat weighs around...
Another vote for HIR.
I've had them installed in low beam only for about two months. Modification was easy with a Dremel. Took about a minute for each bulb.
No negative effects or hassles.
lyrebird - contacted Shaun before Christmas to purchase VSA for my '05 - took about four weeks to receive the paperwork - all is well and good. Be patient.
