You should get what you expected and what you paid for. Had a similar situation happen on our second 4Runner (2009); I got to the dealership owner and demanded either a refund or the OEM products. It took two weeks but they did it while I waited.
Had one just like it! Sold it to a high school kid with 204k miles. He drove it for 3 years and gave it to his little brother who still drives it. Saw it about 3 months ago.
