If you swapped front and rear to LED, they show a lower resistance than stock, so they look like dead shorts, i.e., no worky. Use resistors inline to make them have the resistance of a standard bulb, and your turns will work again. Try E-bay, as the resistors will get hot, and the ones on ebay...
