I bought this kit back in March of this year. I kind of knew it wasn't right. I'll see if they have a solution or fab one myself.

Spent some time wrenching on the 4runner. Don't like the way the driver side reserve is mounted. Need to call about that. Set the preload on the front to 15mm. I have an SSO front bumper and warn zeon platinum 10s ready to go up front.

How did you go about making the adjustment? I tried by loosing the bolt on the collar and moving it but it didn't budge. Do I need to use a spring compressor?

For the front, middle, transfer case skid and crossmember is 135 lbs. The rear diff cover is 35 lbs. Total of 170 lbs.

You could try to use a 100/140 watt soldering gun to apply heat to the bolt. Hold in place for a few minutes then try to remove the bolt.

Nice wheel choice. From an email from Kevin @ Southern Style the slimline front bumper weighs 65-70lbs depending on options. I went with OME bp-51 suspension. No idea how is performs yet as it's still in the box. It's also pricey.
