One of the easiest ways to remove a rounded fill/drain plug is to weld a short bolt to it, then spin it off. Quite often, just the heat generated from the welding will be enough to "un-seize" it anyways.

Yeah, no need to change them if they still look new. But do yourself a favour and return those Bosch 4's anyways. when it comes time to replacing your plugs, buy dual ground Denso or NGK, as is recommended by Toyota.

You can't bend the valves on the 3.0 by being out of time. That is a non-interference engine. If you can get the pistons to touch the valves, you have really big problems.

To add to this thread, the main reason axle and pinion seals fail is because of clogged breathers that lead to pressure buildups in the axle. Extending your breathers to an area that doesn't see salt/mud/water will extend the life of your seals. Removing the breather altogether and replacing...

Not true on my 2002 4R. Light only comes on when button is depressed. A/C runs when any defrost setting is selected with no light on the A/C button illuminated (again, unless the button is pushed.)
