I'm trying to buy this SR5 V6 2WD with some optional equipments I don't really care. Edmunds' TMV is ~U$29,500, the dealer asking for U$500 above the TMV. I'm thinking to offer U$29k. If the dealer give it to me for Edmunds' TMV, is that a good deal? Thanks.

Is true that 2010 4Runner in SoCal is in low supply? I went to a couple dealers today and saw 3 at one dealer and 2 at the other.
