    well when the shop (who did the rebuild) called me about the oil pressure being 5psi at idle @ operating temp and was in a quandary over it ... I said the FSM says it should be at 4.3+ ... silence ... then relief. lolz. good guys but they might not know the 5VZ. I can hear a faint rod knock...

    you get it resolved? am in the same exact situation. rebuilt engine. p0301 after I drove it back from the shop. put new plugs, new coil packs, new plug wires, and new injectors. all oem. still get same misfire code.
