Couple things: I'd take some rubbing alcohol or acetone and get that paint transfer off. It should wipe right off. Then I'd call a painless dent person for a quote. It doesn't look like there are any creases, so you may be able to get it fixed without paintwork.

Installed one on my 18 4R. Currently running a CFX50w and charging some electronics while camping. Used it for over a week on and off and it’s been great. Never seen it below 12.5V.
