Logically and clearly explained. I was an aircraft engine mech in "another life" but, the logic of fossil fuel burning engines is exactly same. Yes, one can wait till EV comes to a 4Runner then, no loss of power issues at high altitude...hell no! Having also experienced the loss of power issues...
