Toyota has a Reman Program with the Manufacturer of their Radios. You likely received a Reman Unit that was originally produced in 2015.

I used this: Red Line Synthetic Oil. MT-LV 70W/75W GL-4 Gear Oil Noticed no change in shifting afterward so seems to be fine to use. It lists the Toyota spec on the website. This is likely as close are you can get if going aftermarket.
