I was going to say the same thing. I found out how easily they are defeated when my middle of the road grade one (it wasn't the factor 55 but also not the amazon) rusted to the point where I couldn't use it. It took me all of 5-10 seconds to break into it once I decided I couldn't unlock it.

I'm running the Dobinsons snorkel. I've been very happy with it and had no complaints about the fitment. It wasn't 100% perfect but no complaints here. I didn't drill into the A-Pillar for that bracket and just used 3M tape. So far so good. Also if it means anything I purchased from...

I think it's an even better deal to get one with the sunroof. Like someone said above, helps with access to mounting points. Also better for resale if you decide down the road that you want to go a different route.

This ^^^ The stock TRD skid is okay for most people's scenarios but if you do get into true wheeling you'll want the added piece of mind of some 3/16" steel (or 1/4" aluminum) down there. As stated above RCI makes some good skids. C4, LFD are a couple others to mention as well.
