[THIS DOES SOUND LIKE A GOOD SOLUTION AND I TRIED IT ON MINE AND WITH THE KEY OUT OF THE IGNITION THE REMOTE ROLL DOWN FUNCTION STILL WORKED WITH THE WINDOWS LOCKED OUT.THE ONLY SOLUTION I'VE FOUND IS TO USE THE REMOTE WHERE I GROUND THE BUTTON OFF.DOES ANYONE KNOW OF A BETTER WAY?
This happens to me all the time.It is very annoying .I took the remote apart and ground the window button down so it effectively disables it.Of course it no longer works but this is better than coming out on a rainy day and finding your rear window down.
Does anyone know how to remove the dash pad on a 1999 model runner.It is seperating and I need to reglue and can't get to it with it in so its either remove the windshield or the dash pad.Any help would be appreciated.
