Why do you say that I should not use anything but halogen with my current stock headlights? Like the headlight housing?

If I just buy some 50$ LED bulbs and plug them in will they work fine and be a lot more brighter than my awful halogens?

May be a dumb question, but if I get new door speakers should I definitely get a new amplifier? Especially if I am going to get really nice speakers looking for good audio...
