I was having water issues in my 4Runner this winter with all the rain we had in LA. It's either the sunroof drains or my roof rack bolts. I cleaned the front drains out and redid the silicon on the roof rack bolts. Fingers crossed. I do park outside, so the sunroof gasket gets a lot of SoCal...

I change around 10k +/- a little. Currently at 126k on my 16.

I had a rat chew up a little fire wall insulation and start to make a nest over the cabin filter. glad i caught it. I did buy the flasher thing and mint spray. I haven't installed the flasher yet, but I do spray the mint on the firewall once in a while. so far so good.

120k. Toyota wouldn't recommend an interval of 120k if the product was only for 100k. FYI I'm at 126k and should be getting around to changing my out soon. Still runs fine. When I changed my S2000 at 100k they looked pretty clean still (iridium also). Granted based on the oil change debate...

I think the driving weight capacity is around 300 lbs and static is 600 lbs. That is the actual roof capacity not the crappy OEM roof rack. I have a Tepui ruggedized which weighs about 180lbs, I'm over 200lbs and usually had friends camping with me so another ~175 lbs. I never had an issue...

I wonder if they do a LC Prado and it replaces the 4Runner. The 4Runner is pretty much North America only and would make sense to just expand the Prado line up, but who knows.

How do you like the new lights? Is there a large difference? Pin swap sounds fairly easy.

I have a 2016 Trail Premium with KDSS and i drive it about half the time in LA (rest is the S2k). I have no complaints with how it drives. I rolled 100,000 and it feels the same as the day I bought it with 1 mile.

Bird Poop has not been kind to my Super White. But it hides my Sierra Pin Stripes for the most part. But agreed, my old Acura had crap paint, but this is even softer. but the rest of the vehicle is amazing! The scratches are battle scars. Enjoy them!

I find the transmission part interesting since it says we have "Sealed" transmissions. I have heard people say they start changes after 100,000m. What have people done with this. I have also see there is a difference between fluid change and fluid flush.

That looks great! makes a dumb rack at least useful. The weird rack is another reason the Pro will never be on my shopping list lol. Also looks better than the Gobi with the front bump up.
