Is the GMC a 4 door? GM makes great trucks and SUVs so its sounds like a good deal on either one but your 4r is much much better on gas which will end up being cheaper in the long run. Also, did you check to see if your car insurance would go up if you traded?

the 22res are bad ass. My dad has one is in 88. I wish Toyota would start offering 4 bangers again in the 4runners or at the very least some kind of diesel engine given the gas prices today.

What is the mpg mikgrail3? do they use the same V8s that are in the 4runners? I heard the 4.7's just eat gas?

Prices dropped a bit but 3rd gens offered a lot more than anything else in its class. Think about it, Xterras and Jeeps simply could not compete. Xterras are better now but Nissans are notorious for losing their value. Plus my 3rd gets 20mpg which most SUV
