I used one of the stock holes on the bracket, then I drilled a second hole to get the right spacing for the holes on the truck. I just used to the clothes hanger to mark the bracket at the right spacing.

Not all today but recent changes.
Added a purple K fire extinguisher. Removed the clothes hanger and bolted the fire extinguisher bracket to the two bolts for that. Doesn't seem to move around while driving and no vibrations or rattles.
