Having two sets would be your best bet. I have a set of fj steelies with the center caps and really like how they look. They can be tough to track down but they are 17x7.5 and work very well. I have a extra set im selling but you are too far away.

BANDI makes the pass side mount with a tank and he recently posted on instagram he is working on a driver side mount but no tank. The tank will have to go behind the bumper or near the spare tire. Are you set on it needs to be driver side?

Not at all, its a very quiet rack even on the highway. The slats go front to back instead of side to side which helps with noise. On my FJ I had a baja rack and it was extremely noisy.
