Well you have a few options Aluminum = better cooling+ lighter but can not be fixed on trail as easy Copper= easily repairable and your factory rad can be recorded to be as efficient as aluminum but they are heavier and typically cost more than modern aluminum ones.

I picked up my first 4Runner this weekend. Too bad it's almost winter and the top has to stay on.
