Hello all, 2004 4Runner LTD/4WD/6-cyl 'Clicking' sound coming from the HVAC unit, I took off the glove box. On the left side of the glove box area are 2 actuators (One low, one above). Does anyone know what the 2 actuators on this side do? (the one 'clicking' for me is the one above.) Thanks!!!

I have a 2004 4Runner (4WD) I did my brake pads and rotors 2 weekends ago thanks to the great advice and suggestions from this site. The new brakes work perfectly. Unfortunately, when I had the front left wheel off, I noticed that the small inner band on the cv boot was loose and had leaked...

I have 17" original wheels (I am the original/only owner). The earlier post in this thread said that you can't necessarily base the rotor size on the tire size. Do you disagree? I'll take a stab at just measuring the rotor tomorrow.

So I have the front wheel off, and see a clear 13WG. I unfortunately see no marking on the rear wheel. Is it safe to assume rear is the same as the front? If not, where is the marking on the rear? What am I missing?? Thanks!

I called the local parts department at the dealership. The parts guy gave me two part numbers for the 2004 V6 4Runner Limited: 43512-60150 (For 17" wheels) and 43512-35320 (For 116" wheels) Does it make sense the the 17" wheels would require the 338mm rotors and the 16" wheels would require...
