LOL. you put heavy 33's and a roof rack on a 20 year old platform. thats only rated for high teens mpg to start with.

everyone knows poly is loud and sucks. but they still use it. my DK ones are also annoying. Delrin would be amazing. absorbs more NVH than spherical bearings, but tighter and quieter than poly.

Lots of guys did this on accident with 5100's on the titans back in the day. the problem is the assembly is too long. ball joints bind/over articulate and break.

Correct. I fully articulated the rear end with the springs off the rear end to properly set up my hydraulic bump stops. zero issues wheeling, bump stops have been absolutely abused.

yes it fits with KDSS. ours has been under there since 2021. its a 285/70r17 cooper at3 xlt E rated

your wheel offset will make the 35's harder to clear. expect lots of trimming to clear 35's at full bump and no rubbing.

OEM style bushings have a surprising amount of "spring". If they are installed incorrectly it will hold the weight of the vehicle. My nissan titan LCA's were torqued with it in the air and it gained 2-3" of lift. the ONLY change they did was swap the steering rack lol. (i dont remember the...
