Have you tryed running the onboard diagnostic system to see what codes you're getting? Charge the battery and try again perhaps.

Thats odd because my mom's 95 4runner has the 31's and is all stock and her speedo is right on?

So my speedometer is off and im not sure where to start. Its all stock on 31x10.5 15's. When the speedo shows im doing exactly 30 my actual speed is 35 and when it says im doing 60 I'm actually doing 70. Thoughts?

Yea there was some copper flakes from a raidiator pour in sealer in the coolant I drained out so I flushed everything out real good. Mine also has a new raidiator so im guessing that sealer crap sealed his leak then clogged the raidiator lol. That blue devil stuff is bullcrap! My little brother...

Update so today i opened the thermostat housing to fing there was no thermostat installed. i installed a new thermostat with the oem temperature rating, filled the system back up and bled the air out of the system before going on a test drive. it warmed up much quicker and once it got up to...
