    3" lift 97 sr5

I was a little skeptical at first because these are a little stiffer, but they ride like a dream. Loaded down or totally empty. I absolutely love my setup!

    3" lift 97 sr5

No I haven't experienced any steering/wandering issues after the lift. I do plan on getting some aftermarket UCAs in the future, but one thing I did do was install the energy suspensions steering rack and pinion poly bushings! I've heard numerous people say that is one of the best, cheapest...

    3" lift 97 sr5

Thanks! I really do enjoy my 4runner. I'm not sure how much it would cost in labor to perform the install, I'd imagine at a legit shop that has to cover overhead and pay salaries no less than $700. But to be honest with you most of the work is all bolt on. The only thing I couldn't complete on...

Master cylinder/brake booster problems and bleed question

Update!!! ok so after replacing everything but the brake booster, I did the brake booster test by pumping my brakes with the car off until the pedal felt really stiff, then started my t4r and the pedal goes down, as it should with the assistance of the vacuum. So I ruled that out, and I read...

    Master Cylinder failure(s)?

I know this is an old thread, but I seem to be having a similar problem. I'll start from the beginning. I bought my 97 4runner in March 2017. It was completely stock. As soon as I got it I did the usual maintenance, full tune up, tranny flush, smog (CA sucks), just to make sure everything was in...

Master cylinder/brake booster problems and bleed question

Hello, I know this post is old but I'm having the same problem. I started to feel like the brakes weren't engaging like they should so I replaced my pads & rotors with some ebc stage 3 green stuff pads & slotted rotors. The pedal continued to feel the same. Also did a 3 inch lift so I replaced...

    3" lift 97 sr5

Hello, Well I finally got my 15 posts and I would like to share my experience with you guys with my lift and install. I picked up my 3rd gen runner in February, and I knew it wouldn't remain stock for long. I had a 2nd gen 4runner that I really enjoyed but I had to sell it. Now that I had some...

    75W90 vs 80W90

once the diff oil gets to operating temperature, I'm pretty sure 75w90 and 80w90 have the same viscosity. Just like engine oil, viscosity is only for cold starts. BTW the "W" in 75w90 stands for winter not weight, contrary to popular belief.

Wheeler's Off Road New T1 Eibach Front Coil

Does anyone one have any experience/reviews of these? I'm about to order them but I don't know which rear springs to get? One 906 or 890? I want 3 inches of lift with very minimal rake if any.

Cooper Discoverer ATP P265/75R16 Tire Review after 55,000 miles (short and sweet)

nice review, i think i'm gonna go with the cooper mtp's in 285/75/16 within the next month after i install my lift (just ordered it yesterday :gun6:)i was leaning towards cooper stt pro's but from what I've been told is that they are pretty much the same tire except the stt pro has 3 ply...
