Similar Issue Guys, Thanks for posting your findings. I had the same issue with the tail lights that worked but the driver side brake light did not. Swapped sockets/bulbs and still no brake light, cleaned the connections with contact cleaner and a little sanding and back to normal Thanks again!

Rear Camera wiring Randyman, I did the exact thing with my Pioneer camera and you can run it through the rear hatch just as you are planning. It took a little time and patience but works out just fine as that is how they do the OEM cameras. Have fun...Andy
