My apologies, I would have specified. I was referring to how you filled in the holes in the body where the plastic clips were. I've considered fiberglass on the inside, Bondo to fill the holes and then touch up paint.

First off, awesome build. Do you have instructions and/or pics of how you did this? I keep tearing off these panels and I'm getting tired of repairing/replacing. It's getting harder and harder to find donor vehicles.

OP, I've got an 07 v6 4x4. I pulled a 7'x16' equipment trailer with 2 wheelers, Honda Rancher 400 and Can-am outlander 1000 xmr, from central VA to upstate New York with no issues. 1600lb trailer, 560lb Honda, 1050lb Can-am =3210lbs. Add to this about 300lbs of gear, clothes, etc etc and...

I've had my original bushings for 70k miles, they're still tight with no play.
