Same problem - #6 cylinder leak
I found out today that my '04 4runner, V6 engine, 105,000 miles has a head gasket leak at the #6 cylinder. It has had the exact same symptoms described as many others here. P0306 code, minimal coolant loss, no exhaust smoke, no overheating, just 15 to 20 seconds...
