Headed up the 395 for a few days to enjoy the perfect weather.

No worries long as you properly adjusted them to hit the road surface rather than straight into rear view mirrors. The real turds are people who install brighter lights or get a lift and do not readjust their lights.

Ripped out the remnants of X-REAS in preparation for some bolt-on sliders. Actually pretty painless except for the bolt behind the rear fender liner. No drops of fluid so either the disconnects worked perfectly or it was already dry.

If the light isn't turning on and you're getting no feedback at all, you may have a faulty switch or the knob has stripped out. Or a fuse. Something other than a mechanical failure of the system.

Ah, that's a bummer. Looks like I can see some scraping on the front photo. Is it lower than stock or you're just looking for something higher clearance? I haven't scraped my stock bumper yet so if it's the same I think it might still work for me.

How do you like that bumper? I love those half size ones.

Seized calipers perhaps?

There is a huge drop going from cruising at 55 to 70. I get 21-24 driving between 45 and 60 and then 18-20 when I was cruising 70 or higher. Not the most aerodynamic vehicle...

Finally was able to steal away for the weekend after all the rain we've been having.

Ripped out my drawers and sleeping platform setup to give it a coat of poly and add some carpet. What has everyone used to cover their stuff? I'm waffling between outdoor carpet from the hardware store or speaker/subwoofer fabric. Any input?
