It is the very front portion of the inner fender (I actually took the bolt out and repositioned it further forward). Also the actual fender (the front portion where the fender flared portion ends) had to be trimmed a bit.

2014 SR5 premium with supreme suspension lift 2" rear 3" front
My new 2014 T4R SR5 premium. I lifted it with a supreme suspensions 3"front 2" rear lift. I am currently running 8 hole 17" FJ Cruiser wheels with 285 70 17 Nitto Terra Grapplers. I will be switching out to the TRD pro wheels soon.
