Thank you! Yeah I've looked at new heads and a rebuild kit but a low mileage takeout is much more in my price range. I'm currently a senior in college so money is tight right now.

Thank you! I bought it for $2000 with 283k on it. I actually have never adjusted the valves since I've owned it. It really didn't seem as though it needed it until recently when I was too late. I believe the valve rings are too far gone to save the engine. I'm assuming to find lots of metal...
