Thanks to post by nissanh, I found where the control arm that opens one of the doors was broken off. I drilled and put a screw in it so it works properly. My heat is better but the heater under the seat still puts out more heat.

I just picked up a 1998 4x4 with 206k. Runs and shifts great, it has a little anti freeze drip but the body is straight, frame has no rust. It's an sr5 with a sunroof, paid $3500.

I just picked up a 98 with 206k and no frame rust, pretty straight body and good interior.
