I have a 2019 with KDSS and no sunroof. I'm 6'3" and really enjoy the extra headroom.

I bought a 2019 ORP earlier this year with KDSS. I only plan on a 2" lift and like the better on-road handling. I think the conventional wisdom is 3" or below you're fine, if you want more thorough modding, go without it.

The bulb fan DOES fit behind the dust cover, the anti-flicker PWM module, which connects into the high beam does not (nor should it.) I zip tied my PWM modules to the frame.

Where I live, I haven't heard of anyone being pulled over for regular headlights being out of DOT specs. Don't blast the light bar or run with purple lights and you'll be fine.
