Water gets In there (road stones, etc then rain, esp car wash!) eventually, and since bulbs are always hot/ on, they pop! Replace with LEDs as per bulb size and add a load resistor for hyper flash..(no hyper flash when headlights on tho) less heat/won't pop as easy. And/or, replace housings...
