What grade bolts are these?

My 3 year old son managed to get himself tangled in the rear center seat belt when trying to get out of his car seat. The tensioner wouldn't release so I had to cut the belt to get him out. So, how do I get the retractor out? I have removed the trim from the back of the seat and I don't know...

It is the wiper section that has the blade already installed.

Ok, I've been trying to replace the rear wiper but can't seem to be able to get the old one off. How do you get this thing off?

Get some channel locks and you will never have a problem removing an oil filter.

The oil drain plug is accessed when you remove that cover. You'll need a 14mm socket.
