    285/60/18 on 18x9 +18 5.7" Backspace Fit?

    265/60/r18 Hey guys, new to the forum. I drive a stick 01 4runner with 265/70/r16 wheels. I recently received a set of 265/60/r18's off of an 07 4runner. Would that fit on my rig without any adjustments?
