It seems like the TRD Pro was build for the type of off road I want to do. Do they not put in KDSS to keep price down, give it a less complex system, or build it more for off road? I doubt it is price. I've never driven a Pro, but wish I could compare them.

The one that is currently available has KDSS, so I may just get it. If it was to fail outside of warranty, which I think is unlikely under very high miles, I would probably just fix it. Anyone want to buy a BMW x5?

If I can find SR5 with the roof and seats, is an aftermarket locker as good. I do want the locker, and I get all the considerations about warranty.

I've been looking for one of these for a month or so. IMO, you'll have a hard time driving that kind of price with a salvaged title. It is a great looking truck, but the salvage title and Iowa exposure might make it hard to sell.

Fortunately, he has a sweet T4R, so he gets to make the call.

The great part is that you can actually verify the miles if truly serviced at the dealer! In my humble and novice opinion, I would pay him $13k for it in a second.
