Yeah it cranks just won't start

I'm currently having an issue with my 4runner sometimes doesn't want to turn on. The first start up it cranks up easy no problem after I drive it say to the store and try to start it up again it doest want to start have to wait like 30 min then it starts or I have to use stating fluid I changed...

Changed the clutch master Cylinder shit wasn't letting me shift the peddle kept staying down

I have a lock on my clutch peddle that wraps around all the way to my break so you cant press the clutch down at all lol since I could turn my truck with a penny I need to raise the security on it hahah

I go up there a lot since it's like 20 min away
