Thanks for the input. Do the regular running boards and Sport Edition tube steps use the same hardware?... I want to install the Sport Edition tube steps. Thanks again.

Can anyone tell me if you need the OEM bolts to install these tube steps . This is whats going on: I bought a set of SE tube steps a few years ago and never installed them. I just got the actual steps with no hardware. I put away the hardware from the original running boards when I removed them...

Heres mine from about a year and a half ago... now it doesn't have the halo headlights but the regular blacked out ones and on this picture it has the stock tires but actually its sittig on bigger tires. I don't have a recent pic but will get one up as soon as I can.

I removed my standard running boards after the lift and replaced with aftermarket tube steps. They got messed up in a small accident..but they are still on the truck thank God I had them otherwise my truck will now show a huge dent on the door...lol... now I got the OEM tube steps waiting to...

Here is mine in black so you guys have an idea...I have a 2004 and didn't need any modifications at all.. .I know for the newer models 2006 someone here had to modify the brackets.
