Interesting, my 96 Camry V6 makes the exact same noise. I too have new water pump,auto tensioner, tensioner pulley and idler pulley. From what i've found out, it seems like it's coming from the timing belt interfacing with the cam pulleys. If you rev it too 2500 or so does the noise go away...
