Thanks! We just (I mean *just*!) replaced the pinion bearings, which were making a noise, but one that was far more subtle than this one. We're not leaking any oil to speak of at this point. I'm going to go have a look again at the axle housing.

Thanks. I'm doing my due diligence now. Expanding the job from a single caliper to calipers, rotors and pads may be a financial deterrent, especially with the pinion issue pending, but we are seriously looking into this.

Sounds like I need to research the 231mm tundra brake upgrade. Pros and cons?

So we've noticed she pulls to the right when breaking, and I think we now know it is the left front caliper to blame. It's been messed with somewhat recently, as the bolts are wrong. One was not tight and crossthreaded. Also the rust in-and-of-itself is pointing to a need for a caliper...

Thanks! We're pretty jazzed. I think we're looking at going with the Shrockrocks front and rear bumper unless we hear compelling reasons to do otherwise. What are your front bumper light recommendations?
