Windrock is a great park with tons of mild to moderate trails, they have a well laid out map "you have to buy it" of all the trails. They are trails though so you have to expect at least mild pin stripping etc. I've wheeled there a few times with stock Tacoma's and 4runners with no issues. You...

I agree, we need to get together and do a day ride meet up. My 3rd gen needs a little work after my last trip, I know ugamurph rig is close to being back up and running he may be interested as well.

My only advice on this snorkel is double check the template against the snorkel before drill any holes, there is a really good write up on here about the install ( I'm on my phone and not smart enough to know how to post a link from it sorry ). Front diff breather is nearly impossible to get to...

Noticed I haven't really updated this thread in awhile. Finished up the tire carrier, did the 1" body lift, installed be foam in the driver seat and seat heaters, and put a snorkel on. Some test flexing after the body lift. Snorkel installed

New upper control arms are on the list but they are pretty far down, I went with 1" spacers on the front mostly because a buddy had them laying around. There's only so much you can do with the IFS, my 315s rub the frame at full lock etc etc, I still have some work to do to get them to fit...

I am currently running a 1" spacer in the front only, also a 1" body lift, I have only a slight rubbing issue in the rear and I plan to do something different with the bump stops to stop that. The front is a whole different story, but I'm working that out a little at a time.

There are a few places WHEELIN IN THE COUNTRY in summer town, WOOLYS OFF ROAD, ADVENTURE OFF ROAD, those are all parks. The only open access I know of is the cove area around Tracy city.
