checked all wires this morning. I have power to 16, ground to 4 and 5 and to rings out from connector to ecu. that being said could my ecu be fried and in turn causing all my problems at no idle and rough running?

Well i may have found a bigger issue. Went an rented a innova scanner and it says communication error. Any ideas?
