The way you describe that I think you may be right, thats what it felt like almost as if we were constantly driving over "train tracks" felt like no compression etc. If thats the case will this happen intermittently? Because of course it wasn't doing it when I took it in today

lol yeah, I understand. Which is why I am giving them the option to fix the issue before taking legal action. I wouldn't mind a new certified toyota engine in it at all. But we will see what happens, sucks

Bueler..... just wondering. I have always hear when paint seems to have lost it's pigment you can buff it with compound etc. but doesn't fix it. Pretty stupid Toyota didn't put a clear protective coat on white paint....

Quick question, 4th gen V6 has the timing chain, and the V8 has the timing belt if I am understanding correctly? Thanks, if so on the chain, no worries on replacing it I assume?
