I checked the fuse and it's fine. Another this is that the Trac off and VSC trac lights are both on. Thanks For your help!

Ok so the belt busted and we fixed it, but for some reason after we fix the fan belt the turn signals wert working not were the emergency lights. So like a mad man my father started to pull out fuses and would put them back in. Now yhe car won't accelerate! What can I do to fix it? I've try...
