Just buy a correctly sized muffler and have it welded in. Catbacks are way overrated. I always use magnaflow mufflers. Installed cost should be less than $250.

I love HIDs. I have 6 35w on the front of my 200. Personally I like reflectors much more than projectors. If other drivers have a problem with them, then buy a truck! Also, stick with Philips bulbs in those kits. 4700K is perfect :)
