I'd let the owner know you were going to complain to the local Toyota District office. They get dinged big time by Toyota for customer sat issues. You might even get something out of it for the aggravation.- JBorn

Main reason why I bought a t4r....
I traded in my Audi TT for my 4Runner while my wife and newborn daughter were in the hospital. It was well worth the trade I might add (daughter and the car).- JBorn

Noise when coasting
Keep an eye on your engine temp. Last time I had "chirping" in the engine the water pump was on its last legs. Do you smell antifreeze after you stop the car and turn off the engine?- JBorn
