Hows the snorkel perform in heavy rain or snow storm? I drive in snow storm quite often during winter time. Will the snow block the opening of the snorkel?

You should just borrow someone stock rims and tires, drive around for a bit and check to see if you still get the vibration. I'm sure some forum members will let you borrow their stock rims and tires for a day or two.
