hatch window does not work when wet or cold outside 1993 4Runner My window works fine when it is not cold or wet outside.... what does that tell you?

93 4Runner rear Hatch window When it is dry and the weather is nice, I have no issues opening the rear hatch window. When it gets cold or wet, that is another story. Using the key in the rear window will not move the window down. Any suggestions?
