Yeah I don't know why everybody thinks this would be hard. I've done a starter on a 97 and a 2000. All I did was unbolt it, twist it around a little, and take it out.
This has been an ongoing project now for about 3 years, and it's almost complete. The only things left are limiting straps, rear shocks, brake lines and driveshafts. Hopefully within a month or so I can get some action shots and better pics of everything that i built
so i can't figure out how to share photos.. but i think the facebook link might work.

Front GM Dana 60, Rear 14 Bolt, 4 linked rear with 16 in coils, 3-linked front wiht 14in coilovers, Dual Marlins with a 4.7 rear case. PSC full hydro steer and a 5 speed.
