So I took out both fuses and about 2 miles down the road a super loud, high pitched alarm started going off constantly. I pulled over and replaced the 40 amp fuse but left the 120 out and the alarm went away. My 4runner stops on a dime now, I’m so happy to have my brakes back.

I hate necrobumping especially when I haven’t been on here in years, but I had a question. What are the downsides to just pulling the ABS fuses? My abs goes off literally whenever I touch the brake.

There isn't some super easy way to do it without disassembling the coil over that I'm not aware of is there?

Wow those bolts are a great idea. Although I refuse to buy anything from SS mainly because of stuff like this. $75 for maybe $7 in materials? Not to mention they offer drilling 1.5" holes in "just the right spot" for $20 + shipping. That's disgusting. :hiding:

Certainly, I'll have my concealed carry for any immediate threat and then the long gun for any thing more than that. I'd rather have an AR or a shotgun with me than just a pistol, you never know. Also for traveling reasons. I always carry a long gun with me when I'm more than 2 hours away from...
